First day fasting = 1 Pear. blue cod, salad and cottage cheese, bought electronic scales (don't work) and rebounder, so I'm investing in this! Surprised I survived the day. Still felt hungry after tea, but an hour later felt full. Only hope I don't feel starving during the night. The Fast Diet book very inspiring - makes me believe it will happen!
