9:7 😱😱😱😂😂😂, I have no idea 🤷‍♀️ what happened, I was sure I gained after overeating all week. Last week I ate below maintenance for most of the week and didn’t lose, this week I eat over and lose 🤨, I am weighing in a day early.

Cheeky weigh in after a deep fried birthday Blooming Onion 🧅 and a bottle of Champagne 🍾 to myself.
60.6 kg Lost so far: 10.5 kg.    Still to go: 3.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
