Been doing TRE, Time Restricted Eating, also known as Intermittent Fasting by some, though it's obviously not intermittent, it's routine. Started not eating before midday, then pushed it back to 3pm. Caffeine tabs and l-theanine help a lot.
137.4 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 28.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.3 kg a Week

I had to look up I-theanine. It’s in tealeaves!! So you could have a cup of tea instead of supplements!

I'd need to be drinking an awful lot of tea to get the same effect :-) But you're right in principle, and that's why a cuppa is a good thing to turn to in a crisis.

Chromium picolinate (Ebay) will flatten those urges by sorting your blood sugar. Probably :-) I take one every day except carb nite days.

Thank you all for the information, I have never heard of Chromium picolinate before I'll get some.
