This is driving me crazy! 🤪
I've stuck to calorie counting and yet my body keeps bouncing back and forth. I've been losing and gaining the same 2 kilograms for the last 2 1/2 months.
Maybe it's just the depression of the holidays coming up and Corona...I've been so inactive lately. I just have to keep trying. ☹
122.3 kg Lost so far: 12.2 kg.    Still to go: 61.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
