After a night of visiting the loo a hundred times, I got up this morning and weighed myself. That weight that I had gained was magically gone. 🤪
It has to be water retention.
Uggh....why is my body like this? I hate the yo-yo weight and watching the scale go up and down. I get all disheartened, when in reality it was just water.
121.3 kg Lost so far: 13.2 kg.    Still to go: 60.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

My weight does that, goes up and down by 2 pounds all the time, my daily weigh-ins have confirmed that it’s the slope of the curve over days and weeks that tells the real story, so a big random gain doesn’t bother me any more.
