Very disappointed ! I loose only 100g in one week...I introduced not more than 1200 kcal everyday and I trained 3 time a week. I can not eat less then this, probably I need more exercise ... any suggestion?

Are you drinking enough water?

Your body needs energy to burn fat, you possible need to increase your intake, try adding an extra 100cal of carbs per day, see if that makes a difference. If that doesn't work, eat more until it does (keeping your macros balanced), you need to find your own personal balance.

Thanks guys! I drink 1.5/2 l of water and I eat everyday between 30 to 60 g of carbs. I drink only water. Ones a week a pizza or something that I really like but I do not exceed with the quantities. No alcohol no sugar, one tbs of extra vergine oil every day, something not even that. What do you do guys to find you balance? Do you exercise? What kind of movement you do?

What exercise are you doing? You could be packing on muscle. Are you taking any training supliments which would cause you to hold more water? Like creatine.

Wait til you see the scales next week. Sometimes it happens the week after. Don’t stop doing what you’re doing! But muscle DOES weigh more than fat. My exercise is only walking (gently).

I would say try eating more as your exercise is good but calories are low x

First of all recalculate you calorie ingest. You weight 80kg it must be no less than 1400 kcal. Then how long have you being exercising ? And what you do ? If you have been doing the same for a long time try to change the days when you are working out. Drink water 2 liter per day. And you macronutrients how are distributed ?

Nito.nilo I have found on internet Chloe Ting and I am following her challenges, I am happy with this, I feel better and she motivates me. Honestly it’s the first time in my life that I follow someone on internet for my workout. I am an architect and I work hard from home most of my time, alone.. I thought I was going crazy! 🤪.....with the gym closed I needed to find a solution, so I found Chloe and when I can, I go out for a walk along the canal!

Trytrytryagainagain, I think that you are right! This afternoon I feel better, I got my workout and a yummy lunch! I’ll wait until next week to draw the conclusion or make big change! In the meantime I’ll fallow all of your comments guys, I’ll try to drink more water, eat a little bit more and more important...do not give up! I spent a lot time to put weight, I need to be patient to loose it! Thanks to everybody 💕🏋️‍♀️😋

hello 🤗 i warmly suggest you to think about intermittent fasting and long daily walks. and dont stress about scale, think about your goal body as you have it already. and smile 😊

it could just be an off week, swollen limbs or muscles from working out, water retention....

I tend to keep my diet mixed. So I’ll have some low calorie days then one or two higher ones. Never a crazy amount but a bit of the things I don’t eat due to it being bad

Its winter, your body always does it's best to hold onto it's reserves in winter, so loosing weight when it's cold and dark is very very hard
