Stopped eating salted peanuts. Went back to my salt sole and it pretty much stopped me wanting them. Also a little exercise.
137.4 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 28.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.3 kg a Week
