oh dear, another 2 pounds on!

This always tends to happen at this time of the year and the run-up to Christmas festivities.

Indulging in too many beers and one too many takeaways. Must keep a check on that - everything in moderation
74.4 kg Lost so far: 36.7 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
