I really have been struggling this past month. I decided to treat myself to a takeaway and it just went downhill from there. I'm so angry at myself because I was doing so well.
Fighting to get back into good eating again, and when I do, I'm not treating myself until I hit my goal.
On top of that, I've stopped running as well. With my partner working full time long hours and I have a two year old, it's very difficult to find the time.
Feeling a bit defeated atm.
68.0 kg Lost so far: 16.4 kg.    Still to go: 10.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Don't be too hard on yourself, I was exactly the same a while back. You had a treat, realised that it didn't do you any favours so start again and forgive yourself x

It’s hard when you’re at home, I struggle with my nearly three year old and 5 month, as my husband works long hours so do what you can and don’t be too hard on yourself. Take each day as it comes and have some enjoyments as having none might not help in the long run x x
