I am losing not more than 1 kg every 2 weeks...so hard to stay motivated! 😅
81.2 kg Lost so far: 8 kg.    Still to go: 6.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It is a good pace! The most important thing that your are loosing weight, you are going forward no matter how fast! Do not give up! Eating and cheating wont make you nor feel better nor happier!!! These are just a joy for a short moment after which comes regret and sadness. Don't give up!

I think you could be less hash to yourself with the diet. I think you can really eat more, even 1600 or 1700kcal, or even 1800kcal and that would work good. But you can try 1500kcal. It wont be so difficult to live with the diet. You wont suffer so much. I think with your weight 1200 kcal is way to harsh or even dangerous for your health. Such way of life wont last long and finaly you will give up. You can try to consult relieble dietitian, who could make you a diet meal plan which will help you lose weight in a healthy and long lasting way. And with the sport - if you do not feel any pleasure going to the gym so often, go less often Twice a week is really good thing!

I get it, we pretty much have the same amount to lose but 1200/day is the minimum your body needs to function properly so wouldn't go any lower. I'm on 1400/day, finishing my 2nd week and only lost 200g the first week. keep at it you're doing great!.

my weight fluctuates daily but I have found that when I drink between 2.5-3 litres of water a day it seems to go down more consistently. It might be all in my head tho 🤣 keep going and be kind to yourself, it's all baby steps 😘

Honestly isn’t hard following a diet with 1200 kcal. Seems that 1000/1100 kcal per day Is enough for me so sometimes I need to add a square of 70% chocolate or a yogurt to reach the daily goal. But I am not sure that this is a good news because I agree with all of you that we need the correct ammount of calories to lose weight and do our proper job at the same time. At the moment I do not know yet my limits, I am trying....Regarding drinking more water, this is another very good suggestion! I have read somewhere that this helps to accelerate the metabolism and I am very bad on this, I drink not more that 1 litre per day...I need to pay more attention and increase the quantity.

In any case you are right, I am loosing weight and this is all I need....+ be patient + motivation + more workouts...and ones a week a big and amazing pizza as a prize after a weekly results! 😇😋🏋🏻‍♂️
