My weight is up and down still. (Mostly up.) Was late taking my meds and have to wait an hour before eating so had to skip breakfast to get to work on time. Missed my break but managed to eat what I had packed for lunch (cereal bar, apple and grapes) today (unlike most days when there’s no time to eat) in the 20/ 30 minutes (of a 90 minute lesson) I had while a TA watched my class. Carried myself, a laptop, a laptop bag full of books for teaching, a heavy bag of books and assessments for marking from one bubble area to another, often across the school (no students touched them), all day, hopefully burning energy. End of the day, I collapsed in a heap of tired and can’t bring myself to get in my whole exercise routine. Pigged out at dinner since I was light on sustenance the rest of the day... seems to be my new normal.🤷🏻‍♀️🙄😥
66.5 kg Lost so far: 31.0 kg.    Still to go: 3.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
