Weigh in day, physiologically I still feel and look awful....

However psychologically I feel great.
You see on the 27/9 the scales said 282lbs, I refused to record that bit.

I'd never hit 20stone before, much less gone over by two pounds.
Today however is a good day, today I am under 19 stone.
(0.2lbs still counts legally speaking!)

Whilst that isn't great, it's not a bad loss in 22 days, 16.2lbs

I just need to keep it up somehow.
120.3 kg Lost so far: 0.4 kg.    Still to go: 25.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
