I worked so hard to stay in diet while on night shifts. Bodytrax at the gym says I have gained muscle and lost fat but so hard to know how accurate that really is and its weight loss I really want.
102.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 34.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
