Yesterday was a rest day. I woke up feeling great. This morning we both slept in late and enjoyed each others company. We even attended church via conference call from bed. It's hard to get in enough activity with such a late start. So I will continue to chill, get me a quickie on the Total Gym and enjoy the games. Yesterday I ate under goal, met my protein goal and did not meet some activity goals. BF down 0.2%
67.5 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
