I’m sure I’m doing everything right food wise, so it’s interesting to see how fluctuations affect my daily weigh in. Just keeping the faith that The curve will average out over the long run. Also had a great workout this morning 🏋️‍♀️ I worked out fasted but having had some carbs yesterday really made it feel a lot easier.
95.6 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 21.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
