No problem you are very welcome don't be a stranger explore other members profiles and ask questions I had a boss once he was really nice and the first day of the job he said to us ask questions the only dumb question is a question not asked and I have been asking questions every since that day that's how I learned some of the things I do now for my diet I'm learning about chia seed pudding who knew lol I haven't tried it yet but I will eventually when I learn more about it be blessed
