Well, tried to stay in deficit at the weekend but definitely had some bad carbs, so hopefully this is just a bit of carb storage and will be quickly undone.
It definitely made my morning body pump MUCH easier though!
95.7 kg Lost so far: 6.3 kg.    Still to go: 21.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
