Last week, I was so upset that I had lost only a small amount of weight. Weighed in this week and I lost double the amount that I usually do!
I have PCOS and endometriosis, so I'm guessing that it was bloat and water retention last week. I think that I did lose my usual amount, but it wasn't showing on the scales due to that. After that resolved itself, then the scale reflected the true amount that I had lost.

123.2 kg Lost so far: 11.3 kg.    Still to go: 62.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
