Well this weekend was a write off, it was my partners birthday, so I made a 2 course meal! Drank lots of wine too. 1st course was vegan cheese stuffed, bacon wrapped dates with plum chutney and salad. 2nd course was pretty simple prawn and chorizo linguine. And a vegan shop-bought dessert for afters. Yesterday was a write off too as I was hungover from Friday and soo hungry! I’ve gained so much weight this weekend but I’m hoping it’s water weight!! Did my Gillian Michaels 30-day shred dvd yesterday as I was feeling all kinds of remorse for Friday’s gluttony. But, you have to live a little! I can now do walking pushups which I couldn’t do before! Small victories!
