I’m trying but it’s mostly low carb. Doing about 50-90 kcal in a non cheat day. But I cheat a lot

Your only eating 50 to 90 cals per day? I must have misunderstood. I'm eating approx 1600 to 1900cals per day & I'm am lazy as they come, so exercise isn't happening till I get to 180lbs (81kgs). It's normally just walking my rottweiler most days for 40 to an hour. And with that I mean a stroll as opposed to an actual walk 🙈 The only foods I'm weighing are meats & veg. I'm quite liberal with fats & butter. Cheese is kept to a minimum, approx. 40gms. I'm not a fan of milk anyhow, so I never use any in food or hot beverages. Don't beat yourself up!!! Trying to lose weight is no easy task, as anyone who is or has can tell you. The sheer fact that you are, is a brilliant start & proof you care about your health. Don't give up, tweek your plan, try different diets. Eventually you will find one that works long term for you. I think keto is my 5th or 7th diet plan I've tried but I'm not giving up. You'll get there ❤

Your sweet message made me tear up a bit ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you!!!!! This app once again proves to have so many supporting and kind people. This is exactly what I need - some support ❤️ I meant to write that I eat 50-90 grams of carbs a day! I try to stay within 1400kcal daily. I’ve started going to the gym yesterday and keep researching what’s best for my body, like getting enough protein per day. I try to watch the saturated fats too, they mostly come from cheese with me. I don’t like milk either so I drink soy milk that has 0 carbs and white like it, it’s creamy. I also had one week recently where I miraculously did not cheat. For 8 whole days! I can’t remember last time when this happened and thanks to this app I was able to check what I had. I had A LOT of monosaturated fats like seeds, salmon and olives. Supposedly that worked for me so I’m trying to do the same pattern now Thanks again for your kind words and support!
