Had a quick check on my new scales (little gift to self🙄)... First it was 186.4 lbs then jumped to 192.3 lbs & after that, I chucked it in the bin, found new batteries for my old reliable, cheap as chips weighing scales, giving me my correct weight. Rechecked & it was the same.
So much for my "little gift to self"! Although it pretty much sums up 2020 for me... 🤦‍♀️
Now for my keto breakfast of 2 egg omlette with 2 slices of bacon chopped into it, wilted spinach & a sprinkling of vintage cheddar & lots of water through the day... will be stuffed but sets me up till 2pm...

I brought some electronic scales one year ago. I nearly binned them, due to the same issue as yourself.. I then googled the problem and it was to do with calibration. What I do now is: Step on the scales, wait for it to zero and then step on again. No problems since. xx Your breakfast is very similar to mine, without the spinach. Did a variation today, with scrambling the eggs and adding 30g of shredded smoked salmon. Lovely!!!!!

That sounds lush with the salmon. I'm doing a shop today. I'll be picking up a pack of smoked salmon. Had tried what you said (hubbs had looked to see & suggested it, even so far as swapping out the battery, to no avail) but my daughter & I were in stitches. My hubbs stepped on it at one point & was lighter than my daughter who's only 14, he's nearly 18stone. He's doing Exante to lose his weight because he doesn't like most of the foods on keto, he's a picky eater. Told him he's a pain in the A#$@!!! 😂😂😂 Thank you so much for suggestion but most especially for the smoked salmon on my eggs. Looking forward to tomorrow's breakfast now 😁❤ Good Luck with your plan xxx

I had a nosy & see you're dipping your toe in the keto pool. Please post any suggestions you find & or meals. I'll be doing the same. This helps keep me in check, as I'm quite new to eating a keto diet. Only started 3 weeks ago, ('ish?)
