Oh so close to entering 11st!! Super surprised at this loss as on Monday I was 3lbs up on last weeks weight after being away for the wkd 😬😊 x x
76.3 kg Lost so far: 7.6 kg.    Still to go: 6.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
