% Seem to not be fluctuating (re whoosh theory etc) but just improving gradually in line with weight loss.
I've lost at least 3kg since I started this diet 2 weeks ago and probably a bit more as I didn't step on the scales until day 5. Pleased with that.
97.4 kg Lost so far: 4.6 kg.    Still to go: 23.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
