Last Sunday I was 162 pounds, this morning its 165. A big oops!

But then again 3 days ago I was 167 due to the (intentional) excesses from the day before where I had indulged in over 3000 calories of booze, chocolate and a 3 course pub meal!

Always amazes me how it takes days or even weeks to lose 5 pounds, but only a few hours to gain 5.

But never mind, it was fun while it lasted, and now its time to get back on track :)
74.8 kg Lost so far: 36.3 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I am getting tired of people thinking water weight doesn't exist!

I do the same with ice cream but as long as it’s seldom and you work hard to lose it after I put on 1.1kg recently but come my next weigh in I lost 0.9kg of it
