Not logged in for ages cause I forgot my details. I've been following a 30% protein diet on 1441 calories a day or there abouts since 5th July 2020 and lost 5.8kg and 3.8% fat to today's weight. Trying to focus more on body fat percentage than scale weight and work on getting that muscle definition I want. Tracking cals and macros on mfp.
63.8 kg Lost so far: 16 kg.    Still to go: 3.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week
