I am so very very happy. My diet really is paying off and the more I do this, the easier it gets to stay away from the bad stuff. Also, starting to run further and faster (managed to run over 10k last week). Clothes are starting to feel baggier too. So chuffed.
68.5 kg Lost so far: 15.9 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Sounds like a lifestyle change and not a diet. Very impressed with over 10k run, keep reaching for that goal, well done.

Thanks tambro :) I was running before, but couldn't improve because of the weight I carried. My joints would hurt a lot. So, it is mostly down to my diet; it helping me lose some weight meant that I could run faster and further, which helped me lose more weight. So, I guess you could say it was ultimately down to both a diet and lifestyle change.

But, I am 100% on a diet. I don't want my running to take all the glory for my weight loss.
