Some weeks are so hard arent they then others it flys off. I lost motivation

Keep strong Ann. I thought winter time was hard but I know now summer is worse - all this opportunities to have bbq here, there... bottle or two, junk food ect... but be strong Ann - little step back is a massive motivation to go forward 😘

Yeah I find winter easier want to stay in and cook and stews are great. That eat out offer doesnt help I've had 4 meals out with friends but seem to be doing ok
