I've struggled with my mental health over the last few days. I ate some chocolate, and felt crap about it. I'm trying to sort out my view on food. Eating healthy makes me feel good but some days are just crappy. Weight wise I'm not better than where I was last year, but mentally I'm infinitely better. Not perfect, but I know it will take a while, and I can't rush this healing process.

There is a close link between what you eat and how you feel. Physically and mentally. We need to eat to survive so you have to find a way to eat healthy for the long term...........including a bit of chocolate now and again. Keep it simple and keep at it!

I agree with Anne...I too struggle with my mental health and also emotional eating this is why every morning and sometimes at night I use my meditation app, it gets my head in the right 'zone' to stay focused on my goals, keep my emotions in check and my stress levels down. I use Insight Timer, it has relaxing music, meditations, courses on relieving anxiety, self hypnosis...and YouTube has lots of this too, maybe give it a try? Apart from that I go a good stomp down the shore, the sounds, the smells, resets my soul AND burns some calories!!Hope u feel better soon ♥️

I agree with the girls. Your weight isn’t to bad, don’t starve yourself, I had a lot to lose and fell into the starving myself trap. I never felt so miserable. 👍
