have taken a long break from my weightloss journey since I started my new job as there was no time between me sleeping and being at work which resulted in me eating extra calories without realizing.

I hope to get back on track now and carry on losing weight to get to my goal.
81.9 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 12.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
