really struggling to get that 1.4 lb iff to target to start another one hopefully tomorrow my scales will like me again 😁 I'm hoping with the increasing heat over the last week if been holding more and more water just salads today see if I can shift past it, anyone else get stuck on a weight at every stone ?

141.3 kg Lost so far: 13.7 kg. Still to go: 64.2 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks both hopefully now the heat is easing up, It will be water I'm hoping, even my mum said I look a bit swollen so fingers crossed, I'll get there 💖
