Been using protein powders as refreshing cold drinks so I've drunk a ton more protein than usual. Doesn't seem to work for me, does it?...Edit; 14 hours later... 296lbs on the scales when I leap on them on my way in the bath :-) That's the carb nite whoosh for you, all that excess gets peed and breathed away. When you're my kind of weight, that can happen. Anyway, I'm a lot more cheerful than I was this morning :-)
137.9 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 29.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 4.8 kg a Week

It's the sugars and other additives in the protein powder that make you gain, it's not just protein in there.

A lot of the protein powders/drinks have a ton of calories. Just ensure you track them too and stay within your calorie limit and you'll be fine 👌
