I'm constantly on my spin bike in the garage and i think that's what's helping me to keep losing? I've signed up to a 400km challenge this month so that'll help providing i get there 😂

Spinning is a great calorie burner and leg shaper. Keep the intensity up and fire up your engine!

But remember that it is calories for weight control, exercise for fitness.

Thanks Anne, i always do HIIT classes that are high calorie burners and generally stick to around 1600 calories a day (if i stay away from the pub 🙄) with the 2 together it seems to be working? If anyone is interested i go on the gcn website and do the classes on there as they are very good and more importantly they are free.

1600 cals and HIIT will work great. You can do HIIT on your static bike too.
