I am still on my holiday and still have more than one cheating day a week but.....a huge was my surprise this morning when I stepped on my scale....I have lost some weight! I just couldn't believe that so I had to check is the scale still working properly. I weighed myself approximately 10 times with and without an extra weight(with a milk bottle or slippers or a pan with fried chanterelles 😛) and every time got a different result! So, I believe, my scale is not lying 😀😂 ! Very, very happy!

On the picture....In real(fatty 😛) butter fried chanterelles and chopped onions. When they are ready just add some sour cream, stir and eat! Mmmm....yummy!
86.8 kg Lost so far: 24.3 kg.    Still to go: 6.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
