Back again! I have not been trying very hard to keep track of what I eat nor get the exercise I should. With the holidays fast approaching, I really want to get back into better habits now.
75.2 kg Lost so far: 0.1 kg.    Still to go: 9.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
