Another little bit closer to my goal! A total loss of 2.3kg this week, just weighed in twice this week instead of once. 💪🚴‍♀️🚴‍♀️🚴‍♀️
102.3 kg Lost so far: 11.7 kg.    Still to go: 28.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Isn t that a bit too fast? In order to be consistent and keep up like this I think 1 kg a week is enough. It s just better to be able to stick to your current diet on the long run 😊

Anna, I am actually eating a lot more than my diet was, averaging around 1800 kcal a day. No idea why the weight keeps dropping at this speed but I'm just going to say thank you and accept it😁
