I started doing some squats and other stuff to get my bum back because whenever I lose weight my bum is the first to go.
66.6 kg Lost so far: 15.3 kg.    Still to go: 6.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 5.6 kg a Week
