Ive had a terrible week. I feel like this is muscle loss or something
90.3 kg Lost so far: 16.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I'm sorry about your week. But do trust your intuition. On the positive side the feeling you getting is guiding you where to place attention. Perhaps add weight and resistance training and pay attention to protein and healthy fats in your meals. Take heart, it will get better.🙏🏾

Thank you for the encouraging comment ❤️ I hadn't worked out or eaten enough last week due to a hectic work schedule, but I've planned better so I WILL get these workouts in this week! 💪🏼
