Haven't followed any kind of regime for a while, and I'm now at my heaviest! Just got back from holiday, so time to get this sorted I think!
I'm going to start with "sensible" eating and cutting out alcohol. I hope to progress to the 5:2 diet, as I've heard good things about it, despite the difficulty I had with it in the winter.
