Have been so scared about getting on the scales...especially after the baby! I'm not actually sure how big I got as I didnt want to know my weight but I'm pretty sure it was 2 stone more than this! Have come a long way in 9 months and have been exercising and calorie counting but thought I had lost more...nevermind I'm bk in the jeans...gotta keep going!
62.6 kg Lost so far: 13.6 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thank you guys...iv only been on here for a short time but everyday i read you all supporting each other in such a truly honest and positive way. Feeling good about yourself is not that easy sometimes and I feel completely inspired by you all! sleekbeach.... thank you for your comment...you are so right..it's about being healthy for my little sweetheart daughter...and feeling confident and at peace!
