2lb down. Woohoo! Did OK with calorie counting, but went well over my weekly fat intake. oops. Will have to do better with that this week.
73.9 kg Lost so far: 10.5 kg.    Still to go: 16.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
