I did weights for a couple of days. Immediate weight increase as everything sticks to me like glue when I do weights :-( I did a creatine/beta alanine mix too which probably means I'm holding more water than before.
137.0 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 28.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 3.2 kg a Week

Weight going up is completely normal once you start exercising, just carry on and drink like 4l of water a day. The more you drink the less water you retain. Once I started cycling I had a 1.5kg gain but it went as quickly as it came. Onwards and downwards!

As smooth said power through make sure not to over make up the calories from excerise as they're exaggerated, stay hydrated and great job working out, looking forward to seeing the big drop 💪
