Oops, I screwed up and thought today was weigh-in for the challenge, but I guess its today. I exercised a lot and was active on FS this past week, but not as good avoiding sugar and writing things down. This week will be better. I must remove the temptations. Or better yet-- replace them with the healthy snacks that are lacking in my kitchen right now.
