Yesterday I ate under goal, met my protein goal but did not meet some activity goals. BF up 0.2% which is out of range. I'm only a pound and a half over my goal weight so I'm not uncomfortable with the recent gains...
71.0 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 0.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Thanks Melissa, if my recorded weight is more than 0.2 of a pound over my goal weight my status line turns green. It's just a color. I appreciate the blue line you sent...💙 💙 💙 💙 💙 💙 💙 💙 💙 💙

If you entered the "historical" weight you have lost, your color would never blink green! But, I know it is just a color and not a gage of success or failure at maintenance... Or so I try to tell myself. It has been suggested I bump up my "goal" weight to give myself more of a "range" to live within. I'm afraid I would give myself permission to not be as cautious. So I am leaving it alone. But... it is sure a challenge of late with lifting more, but that is ok.😁
