Frustrating to be stuck at 170 again - almost three weeks now, and so very close to breaking into the 11st zone (167lbs).

But then again I'm only eating roughly 85% of my daily RDI (1500 cals from 1800). So perhaps I need to bump it up into the 90% area,and see how that goes.
77.1 kg Lost so far: 34.0 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
