Been back to work helping a bit, started doing more than 10000 steps every day. Walking to work and back, and spending 8 hours on my feet. 200g In 4 days not to bad 🤣🤣🤣
69.8 kg Lost so far: 4.2 kg.    Still to go: 9.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Julia that is impressive, i try to get a five mile walk a day weather premitting avoid the weatherspoons pun intend!

That's great ChestY, I usually do a a bit more if I power walking. Keep walking mate, it does help 👍

Mind you julia on my walks i am finding plenty of bus shelters to lay my head, misty must wonder where i've got to, i must ring her to find out if she is feeding herself, i will able to tell from her purrs!😁

Julia i have a very clever cat she can answer the phone and open tins of cat food, the only problem is she can't drive and pick me up and drive me home?. I walking West so i should be okay😘
