Yesterday I ate under goal, exceeded my protein goal but did not meet some of my activity goals. BF up 0.4% and is out of range. My weight isn't that bad today but I'm trending in the wrong direction. No worries, I'm on it!!!
70.9 kg Lost so far: 3.0 kg.    Still to go: 0.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
