So chuffed that I have managed not to put on all the weight I lost after my soup cleanse! 2 weeks left in my challenge so will have to really step up my game!! 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
65.5 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
