Back on the wagon, at least it’s not 106 :-/ after Covid lockdown weight. Lots of stress with the business etc etc. In right frame of mind and have started swimming every morning too. Onwards and upwards, deeming positive despite massive leap in weight , my left ankle also spurring me on as it’s swollen and my body is telling me to get a grip!
102.8 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 27.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
