John10251's Journal, 05 Jul 20

Yesterday we celebrated the 4 of July with a family cookout. It was just four of us and the baby. We cooked all our usual picnic fare and I enjoyed all of it. As a result of my celebrating I ate "Poorly" at 127% of goal, far exceeded my protein goal and did not meet some of my activity goals. BF unchanged...

Thanks Melissa, Shirfleur and Bill!!! Yes, we had a lovely day and I hope you guys did too. I expect that I will have to put in a couple of days of work to get my weight and body fat back in range...

A time to relax and celebrate your family is so healthy mentally! Mr Maintainance, you are always so dedicated and such a helpful example to me! I'm aiming to be back under goal by the end of the week... We will see. I've stepped up the weights a lot (just at home) and I'm not running much.... Just trying to put in a few more miles walking. My knee felt weird for a while and I'm not willing to risk it. So, I suspect both those things are contributing to weight being up for me. Onward we trudge!!! Have a great week, John!!! 😁
