Followed what I set out to eating much more fruit and veg. I have tons of energy and feel light and good. My daily calorie intake is between 1000-1600 which leaves me full and light. I eat whatever fruit and veg I want, whenever. I get plenty of sleep and rest. I've cut back on some fat (nuts and avocado). I don't eat processed foods, and avoid beans and starchy vegetables. Mainly because these make me feel bloated and tired. My body is responding very well to natural foods.
45.5 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You sound very much like me in terms of beans and stuff. I eat mostly fruit and vegetables too. Have tried to introduce a bit of chicken and a few eggs now and then but haven’t felt as light and clean as I do without them and felt generally off, so that’s the end if that trial run! I’m keen to know where you get your protein from although I know too much protein isn’t great for your body. Any advice would be great! Thank you!
